Recently, the newly-built galvanized steel wire production line of Shuigang Metal Technology Co., Ltd. has been officially put into operation, attracting widespread attention in the industry. The production line is located in the Hongqiao Industrial Park of Liupanshui High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with a total investment of approximately 150 million yuan and a designed annual output of 100,000 tons of galvanized steel wire.
On the production site, ordinary steel wires, after going through nine processes, successfully put on a "zinc coat" and transformed into corrosion-resistant and high-strength galvanized steel wires. It is understood that this production line not only adopts an advanced intelligent control system but also is equipped with a remote production monitoring system. Operators can remotely operate and observe the production situation through a mobile phone APP, which greatly improves production efficiency and product quality.
Qiu Zhiliang, the deputy general manager of Shuigang Jinkexin Company, said, "The market outlook for galvanized steel wire is broad, especially with high demand in bridge construction, water conservancy projects and other fields. After our production line was put into operation, the products were in short supply. Currently, we have reached cooperation intentions with many enterprises."
It is introduced that compared with ordinary steel wire, galvanized steel wire has better corrosion resistance and strength, and is widely used in construction, power, communication and other industries. With the accelerated advancement of domestic infrastructure construction, the market demand for galvanized steel wire continues to grow.
The completion and commissioning of this project not only fills the gap in galvanized steel wire production in the southwest region but also injects new impetus into the local economic development. It is expected that after reaching full production capacity, the annual sales revenue can reach over 300 million yuan, with a value-added tax payment of over 5.6 million yuan, and it will provide more than 20 job opportunities.
