Online annealing of metals

Annealing is a metal heat treatment process aimed at heating a metal to a certain temperature, maintaining it for a certain period of time, and then cooling it at an appropriate speed. The main purpose is to reduce the hardness of the metal, improve its machinability, and prepare for future heat treatment.
At present, online annealing equipment on the market either has poor safety, large volume, cannot be moved casually, consumes a lot of electricity, has high maintenance costs in the later stage, or does not comply with national environmental policies, pollutes the environment, not only wastes resources, but also has low heating efficiency.
The relatively useful online annealing equipment for steel wires is generally only suitable for small-sized and thin iron wires.
There are also several advantages:

2. Compared with thyristor intermediate frequency, it saves 10% to 30% energy and has no harmonic interference on the power grid;

5. The sensor is isolated by a transformer, which is very safe;
6. Safe and environmentally friendly, without pollution, noise, and dust.
Through the working principle of electromagnetic effects, rapid heating can be achieved, which can not only cause metal materials to melt but also penetrate non-metallic materials, thereby achieving local or global rapid heating of the workpiece.
