In terms of structural design, Y-shaped triangular solid columns have become the mainstream. Their bending strength is 40% higher than that of traditional round pipe columns and they have successfully withstood 10-level gusts in Duolun County, Inner Mongolia.
Scenario-based customized solutions meet diverse needs. In response to different environments, the enterprise has launched differentiated products: The dedicated network for pastoral areas adopts a wave-shaped ring structure, which is adaptable to thermal expansion and contraction, and has a lifespan of up to 20 years. The highway guardrail, in combination with anti-climbing design, complies with the latest industry standards. For products in industrial areas, a vertical bar spacing of 11cm and a thickened zinc coating are used to deal with acid and alkali corrosion. During use, herdsmen can reduce the failure rate by 67% through the "three-check method" of "net pulling inspection, electrolysis inspection and pile foundation inspection". After a beef cattle farm in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia adopted compliant products, not only did the 180,000 yuan policy subsidy arrive in advance, but the annual maintenance cost also decreased by 80,000 yuan, achieving remarkable economic benefits.
At present, the industry has formed a development pattern characterized by "standard leadership, technological support, and scenario adaptation".
